        We accept Paypal, debit card and credit card payments. We only ship items once a payment has been made. We ask that payments are made within three days, however please contact us if unique circumstances arise that may delay the payment. We will work things out. :)



        We ship from UK, and we ship world-wide!

        All of our items are either made to order or custom. Orders usually take 1 - 5 business days to process, and all orders will ship out within 1 - 10 business days. Customized orders usually take longer than in-stock items.

        During the holiday season such as Christmas and New years, please check our shop announcement for updates and processing times.


        Though International orders from outside of the UK usually arrive within 14 days, they can take up to 6 weeks shipping time from the day you receive the shipping confirmation.

        Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

        International customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for your packages. We will not be responsible for lost mail.

        Please contact us for the rate of adding insurance to your package BEFORE purchasing.

        International orders will not be considered lost until after 45 days from the date of shipment. Please know that packages can be held for quite some time in customs - something that we have no control over!


        Please make sure you your shipping address is correct. If your order fails to reach you due to incorrect shipping information provided, you will be responsible for paying for reshipment and paying the shipping fees we incur as items are returned to us at our expense if you want us to resend the item. So please check your address when ordering, and if the address is wrong, please contact us.


        We are not responsible for any lost or stolen mails,  or returned items due to buyer error. No refunds will be given for buyer error on shipped items.




        Items eligible for return or exchange

        In cases where you receive the wrong merchandise or damaged items make sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the ordered item is erroneous or defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the item does not fit or if you do not like the color. We cannot accept returns or exchanges by mistakes in ordering after shipping out, either. Please make your orders with due care.


        How to return or exchange items

        Please make sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s), we will notify you about the procedure to return or exchange the item.

        In the event of a refund, buyers are responsible for covering postage costs and ensuring the purchased item is returned before the refund can be granted.

        Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
